White Catfish Are Hitting Again Fishing Report

5 Rating based on 4 Reviews

I've gone out catfishing maybe 8 or 9 times this season in my quest for a white catfish near 10 lbs. I found out the Charles had them last year and I am determined to get a big one. So far, I had only gotten bullheads and eels.

Last night before I could set up pole 2, pole 1 was having line peeled. It fought well.. I thought it might be another big eel. To my suprise, it was a beauty white... Probably 2.5-3lbs.

The pic is kind of lousy, and I think I am the only guy fishing them here... If you want to give em a try, I guess they get active at the very end of May.

2 average bullheads and 1 average eel.
