ba_kinnar Poison Ivy all over the place. Now that I look at the map, it says it's conservation land...does that mean I'm not supposed to be there? People fish off the bridge 30 yards away all the time, so it should be ok.

ba_kinnar That caption was supposed to be part of a trip...I have no clue what I'm doing.
Anyway, this was my first catfish ever, and I caught 5 more before the hour was up.

blackstonecarp Conservation land does not mean you can't be there..Most of your state parks and such are considered conservation land or land trust and so forth. Hence the title Department of Conservation and Recreation or DCR. Unless there are special regs in place which would typically mean signs posted, especially if by a roadway.
